Shipping Information
Delivery Times
Delivery of your item may take 10–20 days, depending on your location, although most items are delivered in less time. To make things easy for you, we offer free international shipping with included tracking on all orders. While Voxoza is headquartered in California, USA, some of our products will be shipped from overseas warehouses, increasing delivery time.
All orders are processed within two business days of receipt. This means that the order has been submitted to the warehouse. Once your item is crafted, packaged, and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Due to our use of international shipping carriers, we recommend tracking your order using the "Order Tracking" tab on the menu at the top of your screen.
Potential Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, please note that some factors are outside our control. Delays may occur due to:

Shipping Disclaimer
At Voxoza, we quality-check every item before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it’s in perfect condition.
- We are responsible for your item until it is delivered to your address. If your package is lost or misdelivered by our shipping partners, we’ll work with them to resolve the issue.
- Important: Voxoza is not responsible for packages misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
